Delivers AI, a Turkish developer of droids for food delivery, has announced plans to pilot its delivery droid in Madrid, Spain, in collaboration with the Madrid city council and Madrid Futuro—a non-profit organization that promotes projects that stimulate Madrid's social and economic growth. This marks the company’s first such project in Spain.
The pilot will be conducted in the Villaverde mobility Sandbox starting later this month. Initially, the city council will permit the company to operate two droids to deliver grocery orders to customer homes.

Furthermore, the partnership adds to the city’s increasing efforts to introduce and promote contactless food deliveries in partnership with various overseas LMD automation providers. In fact, last month, Germany-based Goggo Network announced plans to launch its delivery droid and autonomous food truck within the city limits.</ul>
