ESE Entertainment expands operations by launching broadcast studio in Europe

Product updates

ESE Entertainment (ESE), a gaming and esports-focused entertainment company, has opened a new broadcast studio in Warsaw, Poland. The new studio will operate under Frenzy, a European esports media and production infrastructure company it acquired in 2021.

 • The new studio is expected to boost ESE’s broadcasting capabilities, with the ability to broadcast multiple events simultaneously. VRL East: Surge, a Valorant competition across 20 countries, is reported to be the first tournament produced from the new studio.

Analyst QuickTake : In addition to organic growth, ESE has used M&As to grow its services inorganically. Last December, it acquired Canadian gaming and esports technology company GameAddik for CAD 6 million (approx. USD 4.8 million). In the process, ESE added GameAddik’s proprietary technology and its high-value network of developers and publishers, which enable ESE to register 300,000 new users monthly.
