Founded in Singapore, Silverpush provides a contextual video advertising platform, providing contextual insights to help brands place targeted ads without the need for third-party cookies. The firm’s “Mirrors” solution uses proprietary AI and computer vision technology to provide contextual-level ad placement across social media platforms like Youtube and Facebook while ensuring brand safety and ad suitability. The platform provides solutions to purchase, target, manage, and measure advertising campaigns. The firm also provides “Parallels,” a TV ad sync technology where advertisers can sync digital ads in real time around live physical events such as sporting events, weather, pollution, and current trends. The solution leverages AI to analyze cross-screen behavior to provide contextual video ad messaging across TV, display, and social media platforms. 

The firm claims that its contextual advertising solutions result in a 40% uplift in Youtube advertising through higher completed views, increased number of clicks, and lower cost per click.   

In July 2023, the firm acquired Vidgyor, a media technology firm, to strengthen its offerings for publishers and expand its contextual capabilities into CTV for brands.

Key customers and partnerships

As of December 2022, the firm's solutions were used by 150+ global brands, including Coca-Cola, Dyson, Ford, and Apple, along with marketing agencies including Publicis, Omnicom, and Dentsu. 

In August 2022, Silverpush partnered with IRIS TV , a video analytics and intelligence platform, to apply its contextual ad targeting solutions to IRIS TV’s inventory of connected TV (CTV) ads. In addition, the firm is an official business partner of Google and Meta. In May 2023, the firm partnered with 4D, a customer experience company with advanced contextual targeting and insights, to propel Silverpush's omnichannel strategy forward, utilizing Silverpush's advanced contextual intelligence technology, “Mirrors.”

In March 2023, Silverpush announced a strategic partnership with PubMatic, a sell-side advertising platform, to facilitate data-driven advertising and better enable brands and advertisers to reach target audiences in the APAC region.

Funding and financials

In November 2022, Silverpush raised USD 12 million in Series C funding, which was earmarked for driving its global expansion, particularly in the US.
