Quallcom (Nasdaq: QCOM) is a multinational semiconductor and telecommunications equipment company headquartered in San Diego, California. Founded in 1985, Qualcomm designs and manufactures wireless telecommunications products and services, specializing in semiconductors, software, and services related to wireless technology.

Qualcomm's product portfolio includes mobile processors, wireless modems, RF transceivers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chips, and other semiconductor components. The company's Snapdragon line of mobile processors powers many Android smartphones and tablets. Qualcomm also develops technologies for 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G wireless networks. Its QCT segment sells semiconductors and system software for smartphones, wireless networks, and other devices. The QTL segment licenses patents and intellectual property related to wireless technologies.
