Mediafly, which initially focused on sales-enablement automation, pivoted to content-led sales enablement in 2018. It offers the “Revenue360 suite” (launched in March 2022) which builds on the company’s strategy to diversify into a comprehensive sales intelligence (revenue + conversational intelligence) and coaching platform. As of January 2021, the company has more than 350 customers, mainly large enterprises including PepsiCo, Nestle, Sony and Disney.

The company claimed the shift to content (from automation) came as a result of a series of acquisitions made over 2018-2021. The company acquired 1) Presentify (visual communication platform) and 2) iPresent (sales enablement platform), to strengthen its content management capabilities and extend its global presence. Mediafly also acquired Alinean (a sales and marketing software developer) in October 2018, to bolster its interactive sales tools and to enter into advisory services, claimed to be the first sales enablement platform to combine with strategic advisory. In December 2021, the company acquired InsightSquared, a revenue intelligence platform, allowing it to incorporate content analytics into predictive machine learning models. In April 2022, the company acquired ExecVision, a conversational intelligence (CI) platform, allowing it to strengthen its in-house CI suite, whereas earlier the company addressed the CI needs of customers through partnerships and integrations. In October 2022, the company acquired Aptology, a talent intelligence solution provider, to strengthen its recruitment management process through the integration with Aptology’s people intelligence tools. In August 2024, Mediafly acquired Dooly,  a sales enablement and productivity platform, to improve sales workflows.

In November 2022, the company added new enterprise revenue intelligence capabilities to its platform. The new offerings, in particular the in-platform scorecards, smart alerts, and coaching plans that are offered at no additional cost, build on the company's integration of ExecVision.

Key customers and partnerships

In March 2024, Mediafly partnered with SugarCRM to launch a new solution called "Mediafly for Sugar," which is a sales enablement and content management platform integrated with SugarCRM's AI-driven sales automation platform.

Funding and financials

In August 2023, the company raised USD 80 million in a funding round led by BIP Ventures to improve its comprehensive revenue enablement platform tailored for large enterprises. During the last 18 months, Mediafly expanded its customer base by 164% and integrated features from five revenue tech vendors.
