PreAct Technologies develops software-definable flash LiDAR sensors. These compact and affordable sensors find application across various industries, including automotive, robotics, healthcare, agriculture, and smart cities as well as industrial sectors. Its software-definable flash LiDAR systems named “Mojave” and “Sahara” are pitched toward both automotive and non-automotive applications, and can be integrated with ADAS systems and autonomous vehicles. Mojave was made available to the market in August 2023, and, as of February 2024, Sahara was yet to be released.
PreAct Technologies claims that its suite of sensor technologies is the only software-definable LiDAR on the market designed specifically to support the extended life of software-defined vehicles.
