Serve Robotics files for USD 46 million Nasdaq uplisting

Listing

  • Serve Robotics, a spinoff from Uber operating delivery droids, has filed a request with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to USD 46 million in an initial public offering (IPO) to be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol, “SERV.”

  • The company has not disclosed the pricing terms yet.

  • Serve Robotics listed its shares on the OTCQB Venture Market under "SBOT" symbol last week . As per an existing partnership , it aims to expand its US robot fleet for Uber Eats to 2,000.

  • Analyst QuickTake: With the listing last week, Serve Robotics became the only droid maker in the Last-mile Delivery Automation space to go public. The company collaborates with major partners, such as Uber Eats and 7-Eleven for deliveries, and is also backed by notable investors, including NVIDIA, Uber, and 7-Eleven.
