Cart.com provides unified commerce and logistics solutions for retail and ecommerce needs, including storefront creation, customer engagement, growth marketing, channel management, fulfillment, unified analytics, inventory and order management (via Constellation OMS), warehouse and and transport management (via Constellation WMS and TMS). The company pitches its products toward B2B companies, consumer brands, and public sector agencies. It operated ~14 omnichannel facilities across the US, as of April 2024, with offices in the US, Mexico, and Poland.

As of January 2024, Cart.com handled more than USD 8 billion in gross merchandise value and witnessed a 50% YoY business growth in 2023.

As of July 2024, Cart.com provided services to over 6,000 multichannel merchants, including City Chic, Represent, ModCloth, Janie and Jack, Adidas, Guess, Swarovski, Under Armour, Pandora, Toms, Portland Leather, ADM, Pacsun, and Luminess.
