Copy.ai offers marketing copywriting and content creation tools, utilizing its GTM AI platform to generate content such as social media posts, headlines, link descriptions, and blogs.

The platform also incorporates an AI chatbot, which operates similarly to OpenAI’s ChatGPT but is constantly updated with new data. The chatbot can summarize YouTube videos, write personalized marketing copy, and offer an in-line document editor.

1) For teams: Several features to optimize marketing team workflows, including generation of cold emails using a prospect’s LinkedIn and product context, search engine optimization (SEO), bulk product descriptions, and integration with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

2) Freestyle content generation: Users input their project title into the interface, mention what kind of content they wish to generate—selecting from email, social media posts, blog posts, product descriptions, or other forms of content—add some context on their campaign or product, and allow the platform to create their requested content. The tool produces several different options that can be edited using Copy.ai’s editing tool or exported immediately to a content management system (CMS).

3) Blog and social media: Blog and social media tools allow users to add a post title, review the outline of the post, generate a draft, and export the file

The company claims that its blog/SEO title generator can help write blogs 10x faster.
