Pegasystems has expanded the capabilities of Pega GenAI, its enterprise GenAI solution, to allow users to connect to AWS and Google Cloud's large language models (LLMs). The company expects to launch the new capabilities in the second half of 2024.
The platform will enable users to leverage LLMs to build custom GenAI-powered capabilities into their customer engagement, service, and office operations workflows within the Pega Platform. Users can also connect with various GenAI services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Titan, Vertex AI, and Google Gemini.
