Tritone Technologies, a provider of metal and ceramic additive manufacturing machines, has entered a strategic partnership with Allendale Machinery Systems, a provider of machining systems, to expand its market presence in North America.
The partnership will enhance Tritone’s presence, technical support, and integration capabilities in the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania regions and strengthen relationships with local metal fabrication experts.
Analyst QuickTake: This news follows a recent increase in AM companies expanding their presence in the North American market over the past few months. Tritone Technologies joins the likes of 1) Prusa Research , which began the production of 3D printers for North American customers (in July) , 2) Caracol and JuggerBot 3D , which entered sales partnerships to resell their respective AM solutions in the US (in June), 3) SPEE3D, which launched a US-based manufacturing facility and applications center (in June), and 4) AML3D , which raised USD 3.9 million in a right issue to also build a new US-based manufacturing facility (in April) .
