In April 2024, the firm partnered with Google Cloud to boost Bloomreach Discovery, an AI-driven search and merchandising tool for ecommerce businesses; and expanded its partnership with Boohoo Group, an online fashion group, to improve Boohoo's search and merchandising capabilities using Bloomreach's AI technology. In June 2024, Bloomreach partnered with SCAYLE, an ecommerce platform, to enhance the omnichannel customer journey.
