With the firm's acquisition of its strategic partner, Exponea, in January 2021, the firm added multichannel campaign automation capabilities to its platform, which include email, SMS, Whatsapp and mobile & web notifications. In November 2024,Bloomreach added new features to the Discovery platform to enhance efficiency. In December 2023, the firm partnered with Spryker, a composable commerce platform provider, to improve digital and marketplace experiences in ecommerce. In April 2024, the firm partnered with Google Cloud to boost Bloomreach Discovery, an AI-driven search and merchandising tool for ecommerce businesses; and expanded its partnership with Boohoo Group, an online fashion group, to improve Boohoo's search and merchandising capabilities using Bloomreach's AI technology. In June 2024, Bloomreach partnered with SCAYLE, an ecommerce platform, to enhance the omnichannel customer journey.
