As of January 2024, Vertice manages over USD 1.1 billion in software and cloud spend for hundreds of companies across more than 30 countries and various sectors. The company achieved a 7x growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 2023 and estimates it helps finance and procurement leaders save up to 25% on their SaaS and cloud spend.
Vertice was founded in 2021 by serial entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey, who have two decades of experience running enterprise SaaS companies, including ScanSafe and Wandera, which were acquired for USD 200 million (Cisco) and USD 400 million (JAMF), respectively.

Based in France, Sorare is a developer of its namesake blockchain-based fantasy football and baseball game. It operates on the Ethereum blockchain and can be played through a web browser or mobile app. Users participate by buying, selling, and trading officially licensed digital player cards in the form of NFTs to manage a virtual team.Sorare is a play-to-earn game, where users are rewarded with ETH or Sorare cards for competing in virtual tournaments. Sorare NFTs can also be used as collectibles or can be transferred to another platform to be used in-game or for trading. Its cryptocurrency SOR (an ERC20 token) can be used to buy and sell Sorare NFTs or for staking. The Sorare wallet can be funded by transferring ETH from wallets such as MetaMask or purchasing the cryptocurrency directly with fiat currency.Key customers and partnershipsSorare inked a multi-year deal with the Premier League in <a href="https://sp-edge.com/updates/16023">January 2023 </a>, to allow gamers to collect and trade players of the league’s 20 clubs. In addition, it partnered with Major League Baseball in May 2022 to expand the game to include baseball.
